Previously, radiographers were allowed to choose to take leave before and after shift cycle. No rules had been made. However, few problems had rise. One of the problem is the clash of leaves slot between radiographers who want to start the shift cycle with the radiographers who had complete the shift cycle. To avoid any further  issues and become more fair to all radiographers a survey was conducted to give chance to the radiographers especially to those involved in shift to choose the leaves slot.
