Protocol Structure

Liver 3 Phase

  • Topogram
  • Non contrast
  • Contrast

Topogram

From above the diaphragm until below of symphysis  pubis


Non Contrast

Vertically: from above the diaphragm until below of symphysis pubis

Horizontal: include bilateral abdominal soft tissue


Reconstruction Non Contrast

Injector Setting

NP Test
Flow rate: 3.0 ml/s
Volume: 15 ml

Contrast
Omnipaque 300 mg I/ml Solution for injection/infusion IOHEXOL

Flow rate: 3.0 ml/sec
Volume: 100 ml


Contrast

LAP – Cover entire liver with delay 35s from injection of contrast

PVP – Full abdomen, 25s after LAP finished

Delay after 5 min  – Cover entire liver (Full abdomen only when indicated)
