The objective of this circular is to remind all staff to register the patient in RIS only when the patient arrives at the department.
The RIS is able to record the time of patient registration, procedure start and finish. When there is an issue regarding the patient waiting time before procedure at the department we will refer to the system for further investigation
The department would like to remind all staff to register the patient in RIS when the patient had already ARRIVED at the department.
All staff are kindly requested to obey this decision.
